Process

01

User Enrollment
  • Users register their credentials, including passwords, mobile numbers, and biometric data (face, fingerprint, or iris recognition).
  • Trusted devices and locations can also be added for enhanced security.

02

Authentication Initiation
  • When a user attempts to log in or perform a high-security transaction, TrueID triggers MFA verification.
  • The authentication request is sent via SMS, authenticator apps, or biometric prompts.

03

Multi-Factor Verification

The system verifies the user’s identity through a combination of factors:

  • Knowledge Factor: Password, PIN, or security question.
  • Possession Factor: One-time password (OTP) via SMS or authenticator apps.
  • Biometric Factor: Face, fingerprint, or iris authentication.
  • Location Factor: Trusted locations and devices for contextual authentication.

04

Risk-Based Authentication
  • TrueID’s intelligent risk engine assesses login behavior, device trustworthiness, and geolocation to detect anomalies.
  • If any unusual activity is detected, additional authentication steps or alerts are triggered.

05

Access Granted or Denied
  • If all authentication factors match, access is granted securely.
  • In case of suspicious activity, the user is alerted, and access is blocked or flagged for further review.
