Device Replacement

  • Operator enter Device Serial number then all the Merchant details are populated.
  • In this screen the merchant can replace his device with a new one in case of any malfunction in the old device.
  • Each malfunction has its own specific cost.
  • The merchant will submit the malfunction details along with the Merchant id.
