Block / Unblock

In this screen, the operator can block and unblock the cards based on the feedback.

  • The operator is given the card account number to block or unblock the card.
  • The operator will select the block/unblock radio button to perform the operation.
  • The operator will select the reason pertaining to the selected operation.
  • The operator will enter the comments pertaining to the block and unblock and submits the request.
