Renewal Card

In this screen, the operator can renew the cards which are about to expire and expired cards.

  • The operator will take the account number which are about to expire  and expired card.
  • The operator will take the mobile number of the customer and initiates an OTP to validate the customer.
  • The operator will enters the OTP received to the customer mobile number and submits the request.
