Pre-Requisites

  • IDM Support Portal recommends to use the Chrome Browser and It will no more support in Internet Explorer
  • Operator has to use Chrome and other latest browsers.
  • Any TWAIN Based Scanner can be used to Scan the document in IDM Support Portal
  • Scanner Service Installation is Required to use the new Scanner. (Below is download link to install this service)
