Enroll New Customer
STEP 1
Operator has to capture all the 10 fingers of the customer.
- First to scan four fingers of rights hand.
- Next to scan four fingers of left hand.
- Last to scan both the thumbs.
Exceptions cases
If case of any physical handicap we can mark any finger or hand and select the reason for exception.
STEP 2
Operator has to capture both the eyes and capture face.
In case of missing eye we can deselect respective eye by selecting a valid reason.
STEP 3
Operator needs to enter all the Customer details
- Personal Details
- Contact Details
- Identity Details
- For identity operator can consider National ID, Passport Number or Civil ID
STEP 4
- If the customer is a Government employee operator needs to enter all the department details
STEP 5
- Scan all the documents
STEP 6
- Rescan documents if needed
- Operator can capture any other documents if needed
