Case Management

  1. In this case management, it shows all customer data as well as matched Black Listed Data.
  2. The operator can also view the matching score with matched names from the Black Listed Data.
  3. Opearator will verify both data and selects the appropriate decision whether it's a match or not.
  4. Black listed data contains Alias Names, Countries, Passport, Date of Births etc.
