Scanner Service Installation

  • If the Scanner Service is not installed then it will show this popup in Issuance/Acquiring screens. This Scanner Service Software is required to scan the documents in IDM Support Portal.
  • From the Popup, the operator can download the Service software by clicking on Download button.
  • After the download complete, then operator install the downloaded EXE Software .
  • After successful installation, then operator come back and refresh the Issuance/Acquiring page.
