Scan Image Tool if no device detected

If the Operator does not find the Scanner Device  in the Select Source Dropdown list then he has to check below two scenarios.

• Operator has to check whether Scanner drivers installed or not, if not install, it will not detect the scanner devices and not display in Select source dropdown list.
• There might be connection related issue, in this case operator has to disconnect and connect the device.
• In both the above cases, operator has to refresh the page when install the scanner drivers or connect the device after performing the above actions.
