• Issuance Type: Pre issued Card (Instant), Central issued Card (Not instant), Batch Issuance.
• Product Type: Pension, Salary, Travel, Shomoul, Merchant, etc.
• Account Type: MC, MC Qi(Cobadge).

Instant Issuance:

• Operator has to capture the customer photograph this is a mandatory field.
• Operator will capture all the demographic details and upload or scan required documents accordingly.
• New card will be personalized instantly and handed over to the customer if all the criteria's are satisfied.

Central Issuance:

• Operator will capture all the demographic details and upload or scan required documents accordingly.
• After successful completion of Enrolment, Card will be delivered to branch address from where customer can collect his card.

Batch Issuance:

Operator uploads CSV file which consists of multiple records for issuing cards in batch.
