Map Terminal to Customer Account

  • In this screen a merchant product (ID) will be created and linked with MC and Qi card, then only the merchant will be able to get a terminal.
  • The Merchant ID will contain MC, Qi and Terminal ID's
  • In this screen, the operator can map the terminal(s) to the merchants account.
  • Terminal registration will be done with the required KYC and the documents of the merchant.   

All the customer details are populated here given at the time of issuing card

  • Personal details
  • Contact details
  • Scanned documents

In this screen, the operator can Assign new devices(port) to the merchants •

  • Maximum of 2 devices can be assigned to a single merchant.
  • Device of same type can be assigned to single user.
  • In this screen, the cost of the devices, subscription, paper cost and fees will be displayed.
  • The cost depends on the selection of devices and merchant type will be displayed here.
  • In this screen, merchants documents are uploaded or scanned.
  • Like merchant contract, KYC document
  • On submission the terminals will be assigned to the merchant.

Note:

On submission of the form some backend jobs will be executed and the devices will assigned to merchant.
